The data is stored in the administrator’s database as well as in the systems supporting the newsletter, e-mail accounts and the website.

Use of the right to object to the further processing of personal data, and in the event of giving a consent, the use of the right to withdraw the consent to the data processing, does not affect the processing that took place until objection or withdrawal of the consent.
I reserve the right to process the data after withdrawal of the consent for their processing only for the purpose of seeking possible claims in a court or if national, European or international regulations oblige me to store the data.
The data storage time is limited to their useful life for the purposes for which they were collected, and after this period they are anonymised or deleted. Personal data is stored for a period of time necessary to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator or to the extent necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party.
- In case of subscription to the newsletter, the personal data is stored until the user resigns from receiving marketing and commercial materials from the administrator of this website (e.g. newsletters, offers), which will result in the removal of user’s personal data from databases.
- In case of providing services to clients, the data is stored during the term of the contract and after its completion in the necessary period, e.g. tax settlements, unless the law does not require the prior deletion of data.
